To delete a mention from Guest Intelligence, first click anywhere on the mention to get to the "Guest Comment Detail" board, then select the red "delete" button in the bottom left hand corner of the detail window. When asked "Are you sure you want to delete this comment?" select "Yes".
If you do not have a "delete" button option, please contact your Guest Intelligence Brand Admin. This feature is only available when enabled by your Brand Admin.
