Each report should include employees that are considered an active member of the company’s workforce during the reporting period. This includes employees who were active with pay, active without pay, on a leave of absence or terminated within that period.
The highest position level that we include in our monthly reports is the direct supervisor of General Managers (Multi-Unit Manager or Area Director). However, we encourage you to include anyone on your corporate payroll in each data submission.
Data should also only be reported for company-owned domestic units. If you are a multi-concept operator we ask that you provide a separate export for each concept you operate.
